1The property
- 3 W. Ann Street: single-family house
- 5 W. Ann Street: one side of a duplex
- 7 W. Ann Street: the other side of the duplex
All in Oneonta, NY 13820. Direct bookings are for the whole property (all three houses). The homes are furnished and rented for short vacation stays only. This is not a lease, and it doesn't create any tenancy rights.
2Check-in & check-out
- Check-in: 4:00 PM. Early check-in only if we approve it ahead of time.
- Check-out: 9:00 AM.
The cleaning crew starts right at 9:00. If anyone is still there after 9:00 AM, we may deduct the crew's lost time and related costs from the security deposit. We'll send door codes or key instructions before you arrive.
3Payment & security deposit
- Your quote is the full rent. It includes cleaning and all occupancy and sales taxes, with no surprise fees.
- Once the agreement is signed, we send you a secure Stripe link to pay by credit or debit card. Your dates are held once payment is received.
- A $1,000 refundable security deposit (one deposit for all three houses) is paid along with the rent, as its own line item.
The group organizer pays us directly and handles collecting shares from other families. We're not part of any cost-sharing between families.
